Making Costumes with Lasers

On Saturday, October 17, from 1:00PM to 4:00PM, Hacksburg will be holding a new class on using lasers in costume design. Did you know you can cut foam and fabric to precise dimensions using a laser? Learn how you can use the CO2 laser cutter and diode laser engraver at Hacksburg to make all sorts of costume parts and pieces from our award winning instructor. Attendees will get to see specific application areas where our laser equipment can be useful in costume design and making.

Please RSVP if you’re planning on attending by sending an email to rsvp@hacksburg.org. Sending an RSVP ensures that you will receive important class information.

Hacksburg is a makerspace. Makerspaces are community spaces with tools and people who love to create and tinker with everything from electronics, wood, metal, sewing to home brew! Come check out our community of makers.
